The following plan has been reviewed and approved by the Division of Public Health & The Governor’s Office in accordance with the State of Pennsylvania’s phase 2 reopening plan.
Any person that fails to comply with ALL protocols will result in immediate removal from the facility.
BEFORE ARRIVAL –
Participants must take their temperature before arriving to the field. Any result higher than 100.4, must stay home and contact their health care provider
Players must report new Injury and Illnesses to their coach
Complete COVID Waiver and Release
TO BE PROVIDED BY ATHLETES -
CLEAN attire
Water/hydration (Water Stations will not be available)
DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS
We will confirm that the COVID Waiver and Release has been completed
Once cleared the player will be allowed to proceed to his team’s field
Player may not remove face mask until they arrive in their assigned field
PLAYER ARRIVAL
Bags, balls, or anything besides a water bottle and necessary equipment will not be permitted and must be left in the car.
The fields will be setup for competition, to limit foreign contact with equipment.
PLAYER/TEAM EXPECTATIONS
Players must in the area designated for their team
Team huddles must maintain a level of social distance
NO excessive "team celebrations"
NO spitting on fields
NO sharing water bottles/drinks
NO sharing of food
PARENT EXPETATIONS
Parents/spectators are to remain in the marked observation area and will wear face coverings
From designated locations.
We ask parents to meet their children outside of designated parent/spectator observation area
at the end of each game.We ask parents that 1 parent only for attendance.
LEAGUE EXPECTATIONS
League staff will adhere to all face covering guidelines.
League staff will guide participants to the playing area and spectators to their sections to deter
congregating of groups of people.
League staff will sanitize equipment
League staff will monitor and remind attendees about physical distancing and face covering
requirements.
POSTGAME
Equipment will be sanitized
Players will meet their parents outside of the parent/spectator observation area while maintaining
social distance practices
No team handshaking after games
IN CASE OF A POSITIVE TEST
- If you develop COVID-19 symptoms please contact your primary care doctor. Symptoms can
appear 2-14 days after exposure. Symptoms of COVID-19 can include (according to the CDC)
- Fever or chills
- Cough Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fatigue Muscle or body aches
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat Congestion or runny nose
- Nausea or vomiting
- Diarrhea
POSITIVE TEST PLAN OF ACTION
Participants of the league will be notified of any positive COVID test
Close contacts (family, roommates, etc.) must be alerted
RECOMMENDATIONS FOLLOWING CONTACT

Any person deemed to be in CLOSE CONTACT should be notified

Testing is recommended for ALL CLOSE CONTACT individuals

Positive Tests managed per medical guidelines

Asymptomatic persons testing negative should quarantine for 14 days from last exposure
