OverAchieve Academy Summer Session

5:30pm-7:00pm for 6 weeks 6/16-7/21

Vinny Williams will run his OverAchieve Football Academy.

Structured as follows:

• There will be a flag group and tackle group with trainers seperating the two groups of kids.

OverAchieve Academy High Level Overview:

• 1 hour foot work and training
• 15 Minutes education and walk throughs
• 15 Minutes of scrimmaging and playing the game

Football Fundamentals:

• Coverages
• Form Tackling
• Proper way to run with ball (ball carrying)
• Catching
• Throwing
• (each week the kids will be taught different fundamentals)

Chalktalk & Education Portion:

• We willl handouts at the field
• Take home Quizzes and Tests
• Walk through coverages
• 30 minutes learning the game with quizes, tests, knowledge of the game and folders for each player.

Flag Football Prep:

The flag kids will be with eachother when we are doing certain drills with helmets on. 

Tackle Football Prep:

This is for the kids who play tackle football to wear helmets or shoulder pads who are preparing for tackle this fall and want to get used to wearing pads.

*Some drills the kids can have an option of wearing there helmets. They will not play others kids without helmets on*
