Summer Programs

Skills, Drills & Speed-Strength Training

This summer program is designed to provide skill development and athletic performance enhancement drills, specific to  football and lacrosse players, which will prepare them for their upcoming season.



  • Bishop Shanahan High School Stadium on the turf



  • Monday & Thursdays June 19—July 26, 2018


  • BSHS BOYS LAX TEAM MONDAY & THURSDAY 4:30PM-5:30PM (combined with an additional hour with Titus) $100 - Register

  • BSHS BOYS FOOTBALL TEAM MONDAY & THURSDAY 5:30PM-6:30PM (combined with an additional hour with Titus) $100 - Register

  • YOUTH BOYS AGES 8-10 & 11-14 MONDAY & THURSDAY 6:30PM-8:30PM $195- Register



Speed-Strength Training:

Programming focuses on increasing mobility, flexibility, agility, balance, reaction speed and coordination for young athletes. Exercises are safe and focus on maintaining posture and positioning throughout the full range of motion, ultimately improving athletic performance, decreasing the chance of athletic injury and building the foundation for future training.


Skills & Drills:

Executed through a variety of position specific drills that focus on fundamental football movements with proper skill and technique instruction. Areas of instruction include blocking, tackling, footwork, stance, & mobility. Includes throwing for quarterbacks, route running for receivers and running backs and Defensive skill work. * Scrimmages, 1-1, and situational.
